The Trust will accept applications openly throughout the year, and the application form can be submitted to
Elite Athlete Charitable Trust, Hong Kong Elite Athletes Association,
Unit 36 & 38, G/F, Block B, Mei Fung House, Mei Lam Estate, Sha Tin District, New Territories.
