另一文獻建議5,新冠肺炎康復者在重投體能活動的首兩星期,可先進行低強度的體能活動(如伸展及呼吸訓練),並以不超過運動自覺強度評級(Rate of Perceived Exertion)的第十一級作為訓練強度試點。其後的第三及第四週的訓練內容,應以帶氧運動為主,如慢跑等,並以運動自覺強度評級(Rate of Perceived Exertion)的第十二至十四級作為訓練強度試點。我們應按照漸進式超負荷原則(progressive overloading principle)來持續訓練,讓身體慢慢適應並進步。
